Schools that review the DOE-provided Periodic Assessment portfolio and decide the available options do not meet their needs may apply to design their own Periodic Assessments. Schools may also apply to renew an existing Design Your Own Assessment program.

The Periodic Assessment Team is pleased to offer this opportunity to network with colleagues and share your experiences with other DYO schools. The Fall Symposium is open to all DYO schools and will be focused on the successes and challenges of assessment design.
