DUE DATE & TIME:  This solicitation is open indefinitely, however, to ensure that contracts are available for the Fall 2009 School Year, you must submit a proposal no later than: June 8th, 2009

This is a new Listing Application (LA) standard contract for purchasing discount tickets for performing arts, exhibitions, and sporting events. Schools/Administrators will access these contracts in order to take advantage of the rich and diverse sporting events and art resources available within the City of New York.

If your company would like to apply to the above mentioned listing application, please send your request on company letterhead to ablack4@schools.nyc.gov. Be sure to include your company’s name, address, contact person, contract person’s email, fax, and tax ID number. Important updates and amendments will be posted to the Division of Contracts and Purchasing website at http://schools.nyc.gov/dcp, please check periodically to remain informed with this listing application process.
