Friday SPECIAL SCHEDULE AND PROCEDURES FOR LAST DAY
June 26 Teachers’ Day 8:30 a.m. – 3:20 p.m.
1. Distribution of Report Cards, Diplomas and Summer School Programs during
a special 2nd and 10th period.
2. All 2nd and 10th period Teachers: Upon your arrival please stop at the front desk to pick
up Report Cards and Diplomas. Pick up your Attendance Folders from the attendance mailbox that also contain Summer School Program Cards for distribution.
3. 9:45 – 10:30 a.m. – 2nd period class meets.
a. Take attendance and distribute Summer School Programs
b. Distribute Report Cards
c. Distribute Diplomas
d. Immediately after 2nd period class return Report Cards and Summer School
Programs to the auditorium. Return diplomas to the College Office Room 126.
4. 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – 10th period class meets
a. Take attendance and distribute Summer School Programs
b. Distribute Report Cards
c. Immediately after 10th period class return Report Cards and Summer School
Programs to the auditorium.
5. 12:30 – 1:30 p.m. – Lunch
6. Faculty conference
7. Check distribution
8. Reminder – Do not leave materials and/or supplies out during the summer. If you plan to
enter the building to do work at any point during the summer, you must notify the custodian’s office that you are in the building upon your arrival.
