Lydia Vasquez and Maria Montanez, First Grade Teachers, PS 94K
Ms. Vasquez and Ms. Montanez are my son, Andrew Diaz's, first  grade teachers at PS 94K in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Andrew is in the Dual Language Program and I was worried that learning two languages would be overwhelming for him. He is English Proficient and I wanted him to learn another language but was afraid he would get confused especially since he would have two teachers. From day one my son was enthralled with his teachers. They are compassionate educators that clearly love every child in their room. My son is thriving in school, learning two languages and we couldn't be happier.
