Hannah is five years old and not yet ready to put this letter together. But if she could she would say:
Thank you Mrs. Fettig and Ms. McCarthy and the entire ASD nest team at PS 76Q. Last year, many days were difficult for me, in fact many times I cried and was yelled at because others did not understand my disability. But I will tell you that despite some difficult days, I have always been happy this year. I am learning to read, write, and do math. I am in a place now where people understand my needs and appreciate my differences. I feel loved and special.
