The mail-in ballot provided should only be used if the selector is unable to attend one of the scheduled voting days in person. The ballot should be completed according to the directions provided on the ballot and received by KPMG no later than <Date>. Mail-in ballots received after <Date> will not be accepted. Therefore, you are strongly encouraged to ensure that if you submit a mail-in ballot, it is postmarked no later than <Date>. In addition, copies of ballots will not be accepted. Only original ballots may be submitted. If you submit a mail-in ballot, you will not be able to vote in person.
