Annual Leave
Annual leave allowance shall be credited to managerial employees in active payroll status who work a regularly-scheduled five day week as indicated in the table below. Annual leave shall be credited as earned and charged as days are used. The normal minimum charge to annual leave shall be one (1) hour.

Sick Leave
Sick leave allowance of one day per month of service shall be credited to full-time annual employees and shall be used only for personal illness of the employee.
Effective January 1, 2005, managers may also use three (3) days per year from their sick leave balances for the care of ill family members. Credits cannot be earned for the period an employee is on leave without pay.
